Our team would like to thank the staff and students of Gateway Community Charters for having our team review your CSSP and conduct physical walkthroughs across your numerous sites. We have included a general template for the Comprehensive School Site Safety Plan (CSSP) as well as a general updated version of your Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP).

Below these are site reports for each of the 11 sites. You can click any of those + links and it will expand the section. Those marked "DRAFT" are awaiting final edits. We would ask each of the site principals review the physical walk-through site review for accuracy and questions. Given the massive number of sites and numerous sites with similar sounding names (and secondary nicknames), it is important to have the staff who know the sites best to read these reports.

From here, we can either schedule a zoom meeting with each site and clarify any changes or updates or communicate via track changes and emails to finalize these reports. As for the CSSPs, it is our hope to clarify which sites exactly need a stand-alone CSSP and how we can customize this for those sites and be in compliance with the March Deadline.

Below these reports there are several papers, summary training documents and checklists you may find helpful. We have also included a product list to demonstrate some of the products we suggested.

As to the requirements for Workplace Violence Prevention Plans (WVPP), we acknowledge you have an existing WVPP but wanted to share our template from the Workplace Violence Prevention Association, Feel free to add sections of our template to your existing plan or use our plan as a starting place. We have also included checklists and templates for SB 553 compliance at the bottom of this page.
