Our team would like to thank the staff and students of Cathedral School for Boys for having our team review your CSSP and conduct a physical walkthrough of the site. We have included four documents below for your review.

  1. The Comprehensive School Site Safety Plan (CSSP)

  2. The Site Safety Walkthrough Report

  3. Our updated version of your Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP)

  4. A combined document with the CSSP, walkthrough report, and WVPP

We acknowledge you have an existing WVPP, however with our background and our team operating the Workplace Violence Prevention Association, we wanted to share our template with you. Feel free to add sections of our template to your existing plan or use our plan as a starting place. We have also included checklists and templates for SB 553 compliance.

Below these reports there are several papers and summary training documents and checklists you may find helpful.  We have also included a product list to demonstrate some of the products we suggested.

In terms of next steps, we'd like to set up a Zoom call to answer any questions you may have and/or clarify any things that are unclear in the reports. We will also be putting together a proposed training plan for your review.
